My 2016 Planners (duCk & Islamiah)

Thursday, December 24, 2015

Assalamualaikum and hello lovelies! As you guys know, 2015 going to bid goodbye and 2016 is coming in just a few days away. One of my resolution is to be organised and a suitable planner is just great to cheer up my 2016 year. My journey with planner started last year when I watched most of the youtubers had planner to keep them organised and I started to fall in love with the beauty of it. So I started to search for planners on the markets, stores like Daiso, MPH, Popular and Jasema. I know there are famous planners like Filofax, Cath Kidston, Plum Planner, Typo and etc. La la la but yeah, they are over my budget as I'm still a student that still receiving allowance from my parents so never think about it, yup. Another thing is because I got to order it online and I'm not really an online buyer.

2016 Diari Islamiah Planner

I used the 2015's and it actually kept me organised pretty well since I brought it in my school bag and put it under my study table all the time. What I love about this planner is the informations in it. You'll be treated with a 70 pages of Islamic infos and graphic. The photographies just stunned me and I give a lot of credit to the photographer. Not just that, every bottom of the pages are fill with all kind of hadis (islamic quotes) and on the upper side of the pages are fill with quote from the Holy Quran. It totally an everyday reminder for me to not forget The Creator.

I love that they change the cover texture a bit and the new one is better! Maybe I'll use this planner before sleep for the reminders and this a good planner for beginners. Hope this planner colours my 2016 with passion and belief.

2016 dUCk Planner

At last, one of the awaited planner is finally in my hands! I got this on the released day at FashionValet offline store at Bangsar. I want to thank my mom for drove me there just to buy the planner and grateful that the planners were still in stock when I arrived there. SO, I quickly picked the Mint colour as I was eye-ing on it since kak Vivy teased it on her instagram. What I love about this planner are the illustrations and the quotes on each month.  It also fills with various colours and the pages are well organised. Love how it has both grid and lines layout.

Personally, this planner is worth every penny if you are on budget. I also like how the duck bookmark added the touch of it. Proud to be duckies! Now a Happy New Year to everyone.

What is your planner choice?

Fragrance Collections

Friday, December 11, 2015

Assalamualaikum and hello lovelies. Now I'm going to display my perfume collection, (although it's not as many as you think!) but to me it is enough to keep to another 6 months perhaps. I love fragrance so so so much because basically sweet and fruity smell is a guilty pleasure to me. I'm a person that don't actually fancy a strong scent that can target people from miles and miles but I'm a typical teenager that like a scent that does not overpower my whole body. Just a light perfume that identify me is enough!

A bright floral scent that is fresh and uplifting.

Top Notes: Mango, Peach Blossom, Grapefruit
Mid Notes: Peony, Osmanthus, Orchid
Dry Notes: Praline, Sandalwood, Musk

My targeted fragrance when I visited London last year and goodness, that store had a blast sale and I managed to get my hand on it immediately. For me, the fragrance does smell Peach for me. I'm sorry, I'm not an expert at identifying scent! One of the fragrance that I love because it is not a strong scent which perfect for my daily wear. I usually spray this before I went to school.

Main Notes: Lily, Cotton Flower,  Chamomile and Aloe Vera
(according to Fragrantica)

This is what I have in my school bag as an emergency if suddenly I became smelly due to the temperature and the humidity. I can just, swoosh spray on me. Love the smell but there's a day when my table mate borrowed it and spray simultaneously and in a second, this flowery scent surrounded my table area. That day, I suddenly hate that smell and the next day I love it back. This is my last product with VS though, BBW just capture my eye!

Top Notes: Wild Strawberrries, White Nectarine, Pear Blossom, Apple Nectar
Mid Notes: Pink Jasmine, Golden Plum, Red Velvet Creme, Dewy Honeysuckle, Freesia
Dry Notes: Golden Amber, Vanilla, Tolu Balsam, Caramel, Baileys Creme, Sugared Musk

It's a mouthful of scents and if people asked me the smell, I would just answer fruity and sweet but I did identify strawberries and apple in it. I love this so much and the colour of the liquid is fascinating. It enchanted me with the colour and the scent absolutely! The good thing about the packaging is unbreakable. Being a careless person, I usually drop things. (Oopps!) Anyway, one of my best fragrance. Top of my list.

Top Notes: Peach, Red Apple, Sour Cherry
Mid Notes: Orange Blossom, Violet, Orchid
Dry Notes: Musk, Patchoulli, Vanilla
(according to Fragrantica)

Surprisingly, my father bought it for me directly after I bough the Velvet Sugar. I was shocked at first but that's what I love about my dad. Surprise me with anything I didn't quite expect. I was curious at first when I receive this because my father told me that he didn't even smell it and I was like, okayyy. I directly sniffed the perfume and oh my, the scent just blew me away. It is so fruity(which is my choice) yet, calm me somehow. I love the bottle though but it kind of heart for me to hold it as it may get slippery somehow.

So 1D fragrance gift won my heart because they present all their fans with a charm to make it as a necklace but I never used it yet. (But that so sweet!) Well, that's the end of it! p.s. I just realised that all of my fragrance are pink!

What is your favourite scent?

All The Craze With Hipster Cafe Trend

Sunday, December 06, 2015

Assalamualaikum and hello lovelies! With 2015 closing the curtains and now it leaves only December to face. Wow, I'm seriously going to miss this year. Before the dust enters my eyes, let's go on with the topic today! Actually, I want to talk about the hipster atmosphere that hits Malaysia like, va va voom! There's already like tonnes of hipster based cafes growing like mushrooms in Kuala Lumpur or Johor Bahru. From my opinion, I am not an anti-hipster trend or anything and I actually like the hipster based interiors in the cafes. It just feel like, you know. Hipster hipster mood. Well, I don't know another word to translate that but yeah, hope you get me. Here a few cafes that follow up the trend.

Now I'm scared to sit under those tremendous of chairs. Once in a while, there will be a chair fall on my lunch.

So, that are some of the cafes that I found. Well, never been there but maybe they are an interesting places and totally instagram-worthy. Now I know that majority of these types of cafes have woods and bricks in their design. But I think rimba & rusa is more to the modern side.

Maybe I'll go to these kind of cafe if the it's not too overpriced. I heard that all these hipstery kind is causing the food to get slightly overpriced than the usual. Anyway, people are different in their own ways, right? So let's ignore the surrounding and just shut our ears with our big headphones while sipping Starbucks. *Hipster way*

Let me tell you a secret, my favourite will always be my local kedai mamak! :)

School's Memories

Saturday, November 28, 2015

Assalamualaikum and hello everybody! I'm back from a little hiatus for my preparation for my huge examination and it's already over. The result will be released on March so pray for me! This is the ticket to my journey after this. For your guys information, I schooled in the same school for 5 freakin' years and I couldn't believe that I just survived the 5 wild years in boarding school. Of course, there were loads of memories to be kept in and locked inside my heart. It also brought me to tears that my friends accompanied me to my car before I left for good. (I finished my papers first, so I left 4 days earlier.) Now, I want to recap down to my memory lane.

(Classmates 11/13)

My heartbeats! I love each of them and never regretted to be one of their classmates for 3 holy years. I'm sorry if I barely talk to you guys like I used to when reaching upper form. Please now that I love you guys so much and there's no words that can define what's in my heart. You guys are beautiful and amazing to befriended with! Please don't forget me and if god wills, I'll never forget you.

Now on to 2014. I just realised that I don't actually own many NilamKAYA 2014 class photos. But seriously a year with this class totally make me feel loved and united. A year with them brought me so much memories and even though 2015 we didn't get to be classmates again, I am lucky to have a room beside you guys! Love you guys so much. I'm grateful to be in the same account class. My love is always with you.

Class 2015 which is UNIARA. I don't what to say. But just to let you guys know, I never regretted to be your classmates. At first, I was upset that the class changed and on the first month I felt awkward to be in this class But now I was grateful to have you in my memories. You guys just dig a hole in my heart to accept you guys the way you are! You know that I always love you! UNIARA forever.

Truthfully, 2015 is one of the best year for me. The year to create memories, create power to face all the challenges. If god wills, I'll never forget this year.

My Favourite Fashionista

Tuesday, July 21, 2015

Assalamualaikum and hello everybody! How's your eid day going? Today is currently the 6th of Syawal and I'm already stuck at home, finishing my homework. But I cheated a little bit to post up new post. I swear, I'm going to done with my homework after I post this! Consider that I'm going to face a trial exam after the holiday. Save me, please.  I hope it's not too hard. Now I'm going to list up my top fashionista/hijabistas as inspirations. (Not in order)

1. Shea Rasol

I love her outfit! Wether her casual or dinner outfit, she still looks beautiful in any way! Admire her bravery. I also bought one of her dress and it's so worthy since the fabric is fabulous! I saw her on KLHIF a few months ago and she seems really sweet and totally love her clothing back then. She's also one of my first discoveries before I enter the fashion world.

A famous Indonesian blogger and fashionista that own a big names across Asia. She's the face of Dian Pelangi, invented by her parents inspired by Dian(even when she's only a baby). I adore looking how much braveness she put on her clothes. I'm not the type that instantly wear something and look like a queen. But when Dian put it on, she's transform into an instagram worthy.

Omg, I love all her outfit! She's so photogenic and can't explain how beautiful she is! Another Indonesia blogger but currently living in Germany. I love how every hijab style she wore lands perfectly on her head, I I'll look disaster if I'm wearing the same. I don't know why but I'll double click every Indah's Instagram post.

Found her during her blogging years which a few years ago but she's more active on her Instagram now. Owner of the Imacattura boutique and I love how she's started to widen her hijab and follow a real muslim path but still manages to look fashionable as ever.

Discovered her on Twitter about her Instagram post that goes viral and immediately followed her. This beautiful lass here always captivate me with all her outfit post. Not to mention her exquisite face that goes well in every hijab she wore.

So here are my top 5 favourites! There's a lot more but my post will be too long for that. Now let's share each other who's your fashion inspiration?

Tuesday, June 09, 2015

Assalamualaikum and hello lovelies! A few days ago, I went to a Chocolate Museum at Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya and boy, I am excited to go there. I also captured a few pictures for you guys and truth to be told, I thought the museum is going to be huge but actually it just on one floor and not as massive as I imagine. I mean, it looks big on the outside until the owner said the huge part of it was the factory itself.

Twin Tower Chocolate!
 Love this quote.
I also bought a DANSON Green Tea Chocolate and goodness, I searched for green tea choc my whole life. I freakin' love matcha green tea so much!

Days In The Library

Friday, June 05, 2015

Assalamualaikum and hello lovelies. How are you doin' today? As you all knows, now is the school holiday and I just want to be productive and not(seriously) procrastinate my time to study so I follow my mom's to her office and sit on the nearest library. Yup, 2 days feel like I am ready to go to London and play with the snow(how cold it was) But, because the library is so quiet and seems like no one wants to come. I am able to study properly! Around the evening, I got bored and play with my phone camera.

Of course, when I study alone I got to have accompanies like my laptop, my playlist and anything that kept me awake.
I love the interior of the library and there's actually a mini waterfall in there with the sounds of the birds and all. But yeah, I just prefer my ears to be shut with Spotify.

What's your prefer spot to study?
